Keep your cool (v)

tomato gazpacho - cucumber - watermelon - European pico de gallo

In the world of soups, gazpacho has changed all the rules. Served chilled, it is refreshing and heart-warming at the same time. We reshape the Spanish classic by adding sweet watermelon, as well as some crispy garnishing.

Life is a minestrone

beans – peas – bacon – pasta – garlic infused croutons

Good song (thank you 10 CC), better soup. Minestrone in Italy is a showpiece of traditional cuisine, dating back to pre-Roman times. While there is no original recipe, you’ll always find beans, carrots, onions, and tomatoes in it. Most importantly, it needs to be cooked with respect. The Italians are dead serious about their food. We’re not going to mess with that.

Big hug

roasted tomatoes – carrot – baby meatballs – sour cream

Comfort food doesn’t get more comforting than this. Tomato soup with baby meatballs is like a mom’s hug: soothing, strengthening, a warm and welcoming flashback to your childhood.

Magic mushroom (v)

selection of mushrooms - truffle oil - leek - celery - cream

Mushrooms and truffle are like Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid, or Bonnie & Clyde: if you allow them to team up, they kick ass and become pretty much irresistible.

Le Faim Soup

Funky Chicken

chicken legs – carrot – leek – celery – peas – pasta

A bowl of chicken soup a day keeps the doctor away. An army of vitamin and mineral-packed vegetables protects you from harm, chicken proves to be the leanest, by no means meanest, of all meats.
