Caesar salad
romaine - anchovies - chicken - Parmesan cheese - homemade dressing
All hail Italian chef Caesar Cardini, who became a culinary legend in Mexico City, where he designed the recipe for what we know as a Caesar salad. Cardini passed away in 1956, but we try to honor his legacy with the greatest respect.
Viva la feta Greek salad (v)
tomato - cucumber - kalamata olives - red onion - feta cheese
Much like the ancient Greek are the founding fathers of Western civilization, their salad is the mother of all salads. Far from fancy, but supremely tasty and healthy. The hardest part is finding tomatoes and cucumbers that have fed off plenty of real sunshine and fertile soil.
Caprese salad (v)
tomatoes - mozzarella cheese - basil - oregano - garlic
Our caprese salad tells the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth: ripe tomatoes, mozzarella, garlic, oregano, basil, olive oil, pepper, and salt. We have added a modern touch, most humbly and respectfully. Italian classics are to be handled with care.
Emoji goji berry (v)
spring mix - avocado - quinoa - goji berries - homemade orange dressing
Goji berries rank among the healthiest food products known to man. Which we took as a challenge to design one of the healthiest salads known to man. The secret is in the dressing, courtesy of our dear friend Pantelis Siozios, head chef at George’s Yard restaurant in Matala, Crete (Greece).
